Eolas LabsWe operate what we build

Verifactu has been postponed twice. The work is worth doing anyway.

Eolas Labs moves your invoicing onto software that already meets Spain’s Verifactu regulation — Holded, Sage, A3 or whatever your accountant already uses — and fits it into the flow you have: the online store, the ERP, the warehouse. From Reocín next to Torrelavega in Cantabria, and remotely across Spain. The current date is 1 January 2027 for corporate income tax payers and 1 July 2027 for the rest, under Real Decreto-ley 15/2025 — and it has already been postponed twice. So the work is scoped to be worth doing even if it moves again: less copying data by hand and less reconciling series, from month one.

Who it is for

  • Your invoicing comes out of a custom build and nobody is going to adapt it for you.
  • You have an online store wired to an ERP and are not sure which of them issues the invoice.
  • Your accountant has already named the package they want, and it needs to talk to your systems.
  • You do not want to change how your team works three months before the deadline.

What we do

  • Find where each invoice is born

In a connected system there is rarely one place. Before moving anything, you have to know which they are.

  • Choose the software with you and your accountant

Holded, Sage, A3 or whatever they already use. We do not resell licences or take a commission for recommending one.

  • Integrate it with what you already have

Store orders and warehouse dispatches reaching the software on their own. This is the part that is genuinely work.

  • Migrate series and customers

Numbering, series, history and customer data, without breaking the accounts for the year.

  • Stop invoicing where it should not happen

Switching off the old points of issue matters as much as switching on the new one, and it is the step most often forgotten.

Why you can trust us with it

Integrating invoicing systems with stores and warehouses is exactly what we do. The Eolas Prints store is wired to the ERP and the warehouse and issues invoices into 235 countries and territories and 112 currencies, with taxes and customs resolved per country. We know where invoices hide in an integration because we have had to find them in our own.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us about Verifactu and e-invoicing.

When does Verifactu become mandatory?

1 January 2027 for corporate income tax payers and 1 July 2027 for all other obligated taxpayers, under Real Decreto-ley 15/2025, published in the BOE on 3 December 2025. Mandatory business-to-business e-invoicing is a separate obligation with a timetable of its own: its regulation was approved as Real Decreto 238/2026 and the clock runs from the entry into force of the ministerial order developing the public invoicing platform. Complying with Verifactu does not comply with that one. Always confirm both with your accountant before planning.

Will you rewrite my system to make it comply?

No, and it is rarely the sensible answer. An off-the-shelf invoicing package already complies because its vendor is obliged to keep it that way, and neither we nor you want that responsibility. What we do is move the issuing of invoices onto that package and fit it into your flow, which is where the real work is.

Which package do you recommend?

Usually whichever your accountant is going to use. Holded, Sage and A3 are the ones we meet most often. We do not resell licences or take a commission for recommending one — we charge for integrating it, so it matters little to us which it is, provided it complies and has an API.

My online store invoices and my ERP does too. What happens to that?

It is the most common case and it is half the work. You have to decide which of the two stops issuing, redirect what it issued to the new software, and check no old point is left quietly invoicing. Switching off properly matters as much as switching on.

What does it cost and how long does it take?

The review costs €1,900 and ends in a written report on where your invoices are born today and what has to move. The integration starts at €4,500 and is quoted fixed off the back of that review. The timeline depends on how many points issue invoices, and it is worth starting with room: every supplier capable of this work will hit the same peak in the same quarter.
