Does the store have to be rebuilt to integrate it?
Almost never. If your store sits on a platform with an API — Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Magento — it integrates as it is. Rebuilding only makes sense when the current platform is costing you more than it gives, and in that case we say so at the discovery and quote it as migration and integration together.
Which ERPs do you work with?
Whichever you have, provided it has an API or programmable export: Sage, Holded, A3, Odoo, Business Central and custom builds. We do not resell ERPs or take a commission for recommending one, so the answer does not depend on who we have an agreement with.
What does it cost to integrate a store with an ERP?
From €6,000 to connect the store to the ERP and the warehouse, and from €12,000 once carriers, per-country taxes and customs paperwork are involved. If the platform also has to change, migrating and integrating starts at €9,000. The price is fixed after the discovery, not before.
What if I want to move from PrestaShop or WooCommerce to Shopify?
It can be done at the same time, and usually should be: migrating without integrating means doing the same manual work on a newer platform. We migrate catalogue, customers and order history, and keep the URLs with redirects so you do not lose the ranking you already have.
What happens when the integration breaks?
It will: an API changes version, a carrier updates its format, an odd order does not fit. That is why operation is contracted separately, from €150 a month, and why we find out before you do. An integration with nobody watching it is a time bomb with an unknown date.
