Do you maintain software you did not build?
Yes. We start with a short audit to see what state it is in and what risks it carries. If something cannot be kept running safely, we tell you before charging you a monthly fee.
What response time do we get?
One working day on the web and platform tiers. The critical tier has a written SLA and out-of-hours on-call, which is what the price difference pays for.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. One month’s notice on either side. If someone needs a contract to keep you, the problem is the service.
