What we process and why

This site has no forms: contact happens over WhatsApp, by phone or by email. From you we process only the data you send us voluntarily in that first message — typically a name, a phone number or email address, and a description of your project. Separately, we measure use of the site with cookieless analytics that create no identifier, described under “Cookies and analytics”.

The purpose is to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, to prepare a proposal.

The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to the messages we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

If no commercial relationship follows, we delete the conversation at most twelve months after the last contact. If one does, we keep the correspondence for its duration and afterwards for six years as commercial records (art. 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code) and four years for tax purposes (art. 66 of the General Tax Act), counted from the last entry or from the end of the filing period. The site usage metrics are aggregate, do not identify you, and are retained by Cloudflare for that service’s own period; we keep no copy of them.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We use email, messaging (WhatsApp, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and web hosting providers, acting as processors — except WhatsApp, which acts as an independent controller. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc. and Cloudflare Ireland Ltd.), which records the IP address, user agent and time of each request in its server logs for a limited period, in order to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare is also the processor for the site analytics described below. Cloudflare may process that data outside the European Economic Area; those transfers rely on Cloudflare’s data processing addendum and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, the metadata of that conversation is also governed by the WhatsApp privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of any kind and neither stores nor reads information on your device: no cookies, no local storage, no identifiers. That is why you will not see a consent banner. Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE requires consent to store information on a user’s device or to access what is already there, and neither happens here.

We do measure how many visits each page gets, using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless: it creates no user identifier, does not follow you between sites and builds no profiles. It records the page visited, the page you came from, the device and browser type, and an approximate location inferred from the IP address, which is not stored. The script loads from static.cloudflareinsights.com and is the only external resource on the site; fonts and images are served from our own domain.

The legal basis for that measurement is our legitimate interest in knowing which pages get read (art. 6.1.f GDPR). You can object at any time, by writing to us or by blocking that script in your browser, and the site will work exactly the same.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@eolasprints.com and stating which right you are exercising.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
